A very handy bottle of oil made with a blend of sweet almond and pure essential oils reputed to help ease the symptoms of catarrh. Each bottle contains a dropper so the oil does not pour out quickly.
Directions: Place a couple of drops in the palm of one hand and use your fingertips to rub it into the sinus tract (along the side of the nose) and dab behind the ears if symptoms are strong and stubborn. Apply every two hours if catarrh is present then decrease use as relief is obtained.

It has NO- parabens, sodium laureth sulfate (SLS), sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES), alcohol, synthetic oils, artificial colours or preservatives, animal additives or chemical additives and is suitable for vegans.
